A Few Things to Know
We accept returns on used or unused products within 30 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
For international orders, we recommend tracked shipping for returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process once we receive your return.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If something arrived damaged or not quite right, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos - we’ll fix it fast.

All Moon Jelly formulas are thoughtfully designed to be gentle yet effective.
We leave out common irritants like sulfates, parabens, and synthetic fragrances, and our products are dermatologist-tested to support a wide range of skin types - including sensitive.
That said, every skin is unique.
If you’re concerned, we always recommend patch testing first (especially around the eyes or if you’ve reacted to actives in the past).
We typically process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
UK: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
USA: 7–12 business days
Rest of World: 10–15 business days
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
